Written & read in a conversational format, Bergoglio (now known as Pope Francis) and his friend Skorka discuss more than two dozen topics looking at different topics within religion and the development of and interaction between society and religion. At time leaning into the philosophical, this is not a "brain candy" book. But it is very thoughtful and interesting. I feel like I have a much better understanding of Pope Francis' background and perspective on many issues (and in his own, translated, words too!)
