Star Trek: New Frontier: Missing in Action

by Peter David, 392 pgs, paperback
Overall Grade: B+
Series: Star Trek New Frontier
I've lost count on how many books this series is up to. But this is the latest, both in print and in chronology. This book was pretty good. I kind of miss the old times though. When Calhoun and Shelby would banter back and forth. When Kebron was a man, er, alien of few words and few sympathies. Oh well...
This book follows up 'After the Fall' and relates how the Excaliber and crew get back (from where is a bit hard to explain), how Shelby, Mueller & Soleta all end up in the same place dealing with the Excaliber's disapperance and the Thallonian fiasco. Very messy. Very Peter David.
Also that is a crap picture of the cover... BN & Amazon, you fail me!
