Abundance: A Novel of Marie Antoinette

by Sena Jeter Naslund, 542 pgs, hardcover

Overall Grade: C+
So this book is a fictionally account of the life of Marie Antoinette from the time she is sent to be married to the Dauphin until she is beheaded. I guess it is well-written, but court intrigues just aren't something I can get into (not that they're that complicated really.)
Recommended to: people who are interested in court intrigues and the sort of decadent lifestyle the royalty led in the 1700's
